- Turn the T-shirt inside out before putting it in the washing machine
- Avoid a 60 °C wash - 30 °C is enough in most cases
- Skip the tumble dryer; air-drying is much gentler on the print
- When ironing, always place a cloth over the design
If you consistently wash at high temperatures and use a tumble dryer, you will drastically shorten the life of the print - even after you have repaired it.
